Ronald J. Mock, CPA
Ron is a founding shareholder and Chief Executive Officer with Independent Controllers. In addition to his involvement with IC, Ron is a principal with Mock Bosco & Associates, P.C. and has been associated with the Firm for over 24 years. Previously, he was associated with Deloitte & Touche in Pittsburgh for seven years where he was a manager in the audit department. Ron, throughout his career, has provided audit and tax services to a variety of publicly, privately-held and foreign-owned companies in the construction, manufacturing and real estate industries.

Mark L. Sinicrope, CPA
Mark is a founding shareholder and Chief Financial Officer with Independent Controllers and has been associated with the Firm for over 14 years. Prior to becoming a founding shareholder and principal, Mark had 11 years of professional experience providing audit, tax and business support services to a wide variety of clients in the construction, manufacturing and not-for-profit organizations. Mark also served for two years as the controller for a $30 million contractor. Utilizing his experience, Mark has devoted a substantial portion of his career to advising clients on structuring internal control and accounting systems, evaluating and selecting software packages and designing internal product costing models.
